An order is an offer to buy products listed on our website. Order acceptance occurs when we confirm it and begin processing.

We may cancel or refuse an order due to stock limits, pricing errors, suspected fraud, incomplete address details, or delivery restrictions. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount received through the original payment method where possible.

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and may include or exclude applicable taxes as displayed at checkout.

We try to keep product information and prices accurate, but errors can occur. KidoHome reserves the right to correct errors and update prices without prior notice. If the price changes after you pay, we will contact you before proceeding.

We accept payments through Razorpay’s secure checkout, which may include cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, or other methods enabled on our store.

Your order is processed after successful payment confirmation, unless a cash-on-delivery option is expressly offered at checkout. KidoHome does not store your full card details.

We currently ship within India only. Delivery timelines depend on your pincode, courier partner, and product availability.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional details are available in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. In summary, eligible unused products may be returned within 4 days of delivery when they remain in original packaging.

Wrong products, damaged products, and manufacturing defects are eligible for return or replacement after verification.

All content on kidohome.in — including the KidoHome name, logo, product images, text, graphics, and design — is owned by KidoHome or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially use our content without prior written consent, except for personal non-commercial viewing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KidoHome is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use, delayed delivery, courier issues, or product unavailability.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where liability cannot be limited under Indian law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights.
